Deer Crashes Through Window Into Crowded Wisconsin Restaurant

By Ben Hooper

Oct. 27 (UPI) — The lunch rush at a Wisconsin restaurant turned into a lunch stampede when a deer crashed through a window and wandered through the seating area and kitchen.

Security camera footage from the Noodles & Company eatery in Beloit shows the packed restaurant erupting into chaos when the buck breaks in through a window.

Customers scramble for safety as the deer wanders from the seating area into the kitchen, before leaving out the back door.

US Customs Officials Seize Giraffe Feces from Woman at Minnesota Airport

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Federal customs agents pooh-poohed the plans of an Iowa woman who wanted to make jewelry from giraffe feces she picked up on a trip to Kenya and brought back to the U.S. in her luggage.

The woman declared the small box of feces when she was selected to have her belongings inspected upon arriving at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport on Sept. 29, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The woman, who was not identified, told officials she planned to use the waste to make a necklace, as she had done in the past with moose poop.

Black Bear Burglar Hank the Tank Captured

Hank the Tank weighs over 500 lbs.

Aug. 7 (UPI) — Hank the Tank, a large black bear responsible for at least 21 home break-ins in South Lake Tahoe, is on her way to a Colorado wildlife sanctuary after California officials captured her and three cubs.

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife transported the bear, identified officially as 64F, to The Wild Animal Sanctuary near Springfield, Colo., on Monday after a veterinary check, CDFW spokesperson Jordan Traverso told UPI in an email.

Biologists captured the bear Friday along with three cubs, the department said in a news release. The cubs may be relocated to Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue.

“The cubs were safely transported to Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue,” Traverso said. “The goal is to rehabilitate them. The time that can take varies. They will continue to be assessed to make sure they’ll make it in the wild before they would be released.”

AI for Marketing Software Platforms

Future Success Today: Become an AI Authority and Supercharge Your Marketing

I’m a marketing pro on a mission to become an authority on Artificial Intelligence (AI) so I can use the tech to help clients with faster and improved marketing and business – with better results.

I’m looking forward to us doing this together. Nobody can do it alone. Here’s what I’ve found up to this point.

From predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms to natural language processing and chatbots, and visual creation systems, I’ve been searching to understand how these innovations can enhance customer experiences and drive results.

How I’m Using this New AI Knowledge

As I learn these complex AI concepts and skills, I’m working on crafting them into simple, actionable insights and projects for my clients.

Most importantly, I’m trying it out. Learning by doing is the only way with new tech.

I’m experimenting with AI-driven software for marketing content and campaigns, including:

  • An AI video generator called Synthesia. Still a bit robot-like but amazing that it can do it.
  • Learning prompting on ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Bard (Google) to generate more ideas.
  • Creating realistic images and art from a description in natural language with DALL-E.
  • Using SoundDraw to generate custom music for use in video.
  • Multiplying video content with Vidyo.
  • Doing creative headline and keyword research to maximize SEO with VidIQ.
